Scott Walter
CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
Scott Walter is a 23-year real estate development and investment veteran and served as CEO at WS Communities, a leading real estate development firm specializing in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of mixed-use properties in the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles markets. Prior to WS, Mr. Walter spent 11 years with Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions, where he led the acquisition and development of all communities in the Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona markets, and was responsible for all facets of residential operations, acquisitions, development, construction and property management. Before his tenure at Legacy Partners Residential, Inc., Mr. Walter was an Associate with Curtis-Rosenthal, Inc., a real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Mr. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from Loyola Marymount University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).

Greg Proniloff
CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
Greg Proniloff has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade. Before founding The Greg Scott Company, he served as Executive Vice President of Finance at WS Communities, which he joined in February 2016. At WS, Mr. Proniloff was responsible for overseeing the origination and closing of all debt and equity transactions as well as working closely with the development team on acquisitions, entitlements, development, underwriting, and asset management. Prior to WS, at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company (which was subsequently acquired by Walker & Dunlop), he successfully originated, underwrote, and financed more than $500 million of debt on multi-family, retail, office, industrial and single-family residential properties across the country through various sources of capital, including Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD, CMBS, banks and insurance companies. Mr. Proniloff has a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. He holds memberships and licenses with the California State Bar, California Real Estate Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
